WHAT COMES NEXT

43,000ft Cabin Performance Simulator

You see Everything. You miss nothing.

You know how to build a cabin.

You know how to read a room before anyone speaks. You know how to move when things shift - and they always shift.

What the industry never gave you is a place to walk through the moments before they arrive.

The service recovery that happens in real time. The read you make in two seconds. The call that determines whether you come back.

After the door closes, that's where it gets interesting. That's where 43,000ft begins.

THE ONES THAT YOU REMEMBER

You know the trips that stay with you.

The moment you replay over and over again, knowing there was something off because you could feel it in that moment yet could not describe it.

And there was no one to talk with. No honest read of what actually landed. No one who sees it the way you do. So you piece it together yourself and the next time comes, and you’re reading it again in real time and still wondering.

Some of the moments still waiting for you are the ones that determine how you’re seen in the cabin. Walking through them first changes everything about how you meet them.

HOW THIS CAME TO BE

Why this exists.

Over a decade on private and charter yachts taught me something I didn't fully understand until I left.

Every trip ended with a debrief. Every shift in the room got named. There was always someone who saw what happened and told you honestly what landed. That was the training ground and it made me very good at reading a moment fast and moving with it.

Then I moved into corporate aviation.

No team. No debrief. No one in the room with you when the moment arrives. A contract ends and the plane empties and you drive home with questions that have nowhere to go.

I started wondering about the moments I hadn't been in yet. The ones still waiting for me on trips I hadn't flown.

I looked for something that would let me walk through them first. It didn't exist.

So I built it.

HOW THIS CAME TO BE

The excitement for what's coming.

My background on yachts taught me how to prepare for every "possible" situation and how to pivot when things changed. There was a debriefing after every trip, and a shared understanding on what worked and what we could do better. That was the training ground.

Then I moved into corporate aviation. No team. No real training. No debrief. I had no idea of the constraints and possible scenarios I might face. It was similar yet completely different at the same time.

43,000ft exists to give you information that is personalized to how you react, while preparing you for the situations you haven't been in yet.

THE MOMENTS STILL WAITING

You already know what this feels like.

The cabin shifts in hour two.

You feel it before you can name it, and you have seconds to decide how to move.

Catering arrives late.

The owner is eight minutes out and what you do next either works or it doesn’t.

A question crosses a line.

It’s casual and friendly, and you can feel immediately that it matters how you respond.

You enter at the wrong moment.

The conversation drops slightly when you step in, and you feel it immediately.

THE MYTHS

What you might be telling yourself.

The beliefs worth getting curious about and what opens up on the other side of them.

"I have years of experience. I don't need this."

Your experience is real. And experience without a feedback loop gives you the same moments on repeat. The ones you haven't been in yet is what makes this interesting.

43,000ft expands your range into the moments experience alone can't reach.

"If something were off, someone would have said something."

In corporate aviation the silence after a contract isn't feedback. It's just silence. Walking off a trip without a debrief isn't the same as walking off knowing.

43,000ft puts you inside the moments the industry left you to navigate alone.

"I'll know what to do when I'm actually in the moment."

You return to what you've already experienced. If the moment is new, there's no reference point to reach for yet. Walking through it first means when it arrives for real - you're already there.

43,000ft gives you the reference point before the moment needs it.

"More flights will get me there."

More of the same trips give you more of the same range. The unknown moments still out there are those that require a different kind of exposure. This is it.

43,000ft is the exposure method. Walk through what's still waiting.

WHAT IT FEELS LIKE INSIDE

I built 43,000ft when I started contract work. And then I walked through it myself.

It put me in scenarios I never would have thought to prepare for. What surprised me most was the feedback - specific to how I am designed to respond under pressure, telling me exactly when I was in my zone and when I was overthinking. Not a generic debrief. Mine.

That is what is waiting for you inside it.

THE PLAN

How it works.

Three steps. Then you're inside it.

STEP 1 Find your starting point.

Five questions. Two minutes. You find out how many of the hard moments have already found you and how many are still out there waiting. Not a skill test. A map of exposure. You walk away with a starting level: Grounded, Cleared for Takeoff, Climbing, or Cruising Altitude.

Each CFA still has moments waiting for them. Two minutes shows you where your are and that's where it starts to get exciting.

STEP 2 Paste your personalized profile.

Your Human Design and Gene Keys profiles are what make every debrief yours. The feedback that comes back after every scenario connects directly to how you are designed to move under pressure - your gifts, your patterns, the moments where you are at your absolute strongest. No two CFA's receive the same feedback. Ever.

STEP 3 Walk the scenarios.

Real cabin situations - service recovery, judgment calls, pressure moments from actual Part 91 and Part 135 environments. You step in as yourself and respond. What comes back is honest, direct, and specific to you. The feedback loop the industry never built.

Low scores are a map of where you haven't been tested yet. Walking through them now is exactly what this is made for and builds more confidence by learning what you need to do when they arrive.

THE PLAN

How it works

Three steps. Then you're inside it.

STEP 1 Find your starting point.

Start with a short quiz of five questions, two minutes and that reads how many of the hard moments have already found you and how many are still out there waiting. This is a map of exposure, not a test of skill. What comes back is a starting point: Grounded, Cleared for Takeoff, Climbing, or Cruising Altitude.

Every FA has moments still waiting for them. Two minutes shows you where yours are and that's where excitement starts to build.

STEP 2 Paste your personalized profile.

Your Human Design and Gene Keys profiles tell the simulator exactly how you're designed to respond under pressure. What comes back after every scenario connects directly to you - your gifts, your patterns, and the moments where you're at your strongest. No two people receive the same feedback. Ever.

Founding members receive their profile directly from Lesley. Round 1 members receive an instant auto-generated link.

STEP 3 Walk the scenarios.

Different situations that involve service recovery, judgment calls and pressure moments. You respond as yourself and the simulator scores your response and tells you exactly what landed and why. Honest. Specific to you. The feedback loop that you have been looking for.

Low scores are a map of where you haven't been tested yet. Walking through them now is exactly what this is made for and builds more confidence by learning what you need to do when they arrive.

Low scores are not failure. They are a map of where you haven't been tested yet and walking through them now is exactly what builds the confidence to lead the cabin when they arrive for real.

WHAT YOU GET INSIDE

You are going to love what's in here.

Your Blueprint Revealed

Before your first scenario you download a personalized guide that translates your Gene Keys and Human Design profile into cabin language. How you read a room. How you move under pressure. Where you are at your strongest. You know yourself before you walk in.

Your Score

After every response you get a score from one to five. What landed strong, where there is something still opening up, and a stronger version to carry into the next one. Every score tells you something useful as this is a map of where you have been and where you are heading.

Your Session Report

The simulator scores every response and tells you exactly what landed and why. Specific to the scenario and specific to you. What you actually did and what it means in a real situation. See yourself clearly - and that clarity is what you've been waiting for.

Post-Flight Celebration

Bring a real trip moment back here after you fly. Tell it what you walked through, what you handled, what is still with you. What comes back is warm, personal, and written specifically for you. Your wins get named here.

The 43,000ft Cabin Performance Certificate

This is earned by completing Level 5 - Above the Weather. Your certificate downloads and is yours to share with operators and management companies.

Private community and direct access

A private space to connect with other CFAs who get you and what your world is like! Share what's coming up in your sessions, hear what others are experiencing in the cabin, and get direct support from me. This is a place to find your people, the ones who see you and the ones who support you.

Lifetime access and everything added from here

Every new scenario and update added to the simulator. Access never expires and the price never returns to where it starts. When you're in at the beginning everything built from here is yours.

THE LEVELS

Five levels. One destination.

The further you go, the more you are in it. Each level brings situations that challenge you in a completely new way.

LEVEL 1 Grounded

Five scenarios. The foundation of the pathway. Grounded means rooted, prepared, and ready. This is where the anticipation of what's ahead starts to take shape.

LEVEL 2 Cleared for Takeoff

Five scenarios that build on where you started. The situations get more layered. This is where the real calibration begins.

LEVEL 3 Climbing

Five scenarios that push into new territory. The situations are more complex, the calls happen faster, and the feedback starts showing you something interesting - how you specifically move when the moment is real and the picture isn't fully clear yet.

LEVEL 4 Cruising Altitude

The situations here are the ones that ask a lot of you. Complex guest dynamics. Multi-pressure moments. And the feedback gets sharper - showing you exactly how you're designed to lead when everything is happening at once.

LEVEL 5 Above the Weather

The highest level inside the simulator. Twenty-five scenarios across five sessions. The most layered, most demanding situations in the entire library. This is the destination.

Above the Weather is a real aviation operational term. When a pilot climbs above the weather layer - above the turbulence, the instability, the noise - everything gets quiet. Clear. You can see everything. Nothing surprises you. That's what this level is. That's what 43,000ft is named for.

WHAT CHANGES

You were already there.

AFTER

The cabin shifted in hour two and you felt it, moved toward it, led it.

A moment arrived that you already walked through in the simulator. When it showed up you were already there.

You get called back. You know why. The certificate sits alongside your safety certifications and the operators who see it understand what it means.

You're ready for what's coming and the feeling is everything. The replaying stopped. The wondering stopped. You walk off the aircraft and you just know.

WITHOUT IT

The unknown situations are still waiting for you out there.

Some of them arrive on trips where it matters - in front of someone who decides if you come back.

The silence continues. The replaying continues.

You keep doing everything right on the surface and keep wondering why it doesn't always feel like enough.

The clarity that would have shown you where you are and exactly what's possible from here is still out there.

THE PATHWAY

You just know.

You know what landed. You know what you caught early. You know how you handled the moments that mattered. There’s no replay on the drive home and no wondering what they thought. You felt it, you moved with it, and you stayed with it while it was happening.

This is what 43,000ft gives you. A place to see how you show up under pressure, find out what is still waiting for you, and walk through the moments that shape how you lead the cabin.

And once you have that, the job feels different. The trips feel different. You feel different in them.
